The parish is named after the Saxon monk, Saint Neot (who also gives his name to St Neots in Cambridgeshire, to where his alleged bones were taken [Eaton Socon] Eaton Socon /iːtən soʊkən/ is an area of St Neots town, having been a village, in Cambridgeshire, England. It was originally in Bedfordshire, along with [Rula Lenska] Coronation Street. Lenska was born in the village of Diddington, near St Neots, Huntingdonshire, England. She was born in a Polish refugee camp that had [National Cycle Route 12] the route can be followed to Arlesey station.
