[GWR 7800 Class] Western Railway (GWR) 7800 Class or Manor Class is a class of 4-6-0 steam locomotive. They were designed as a lighter version of the GWR Grange Class, [Isambard Kingdom Brunel] Great Western Railway (GWR), a series of steamships including the first propeller-driven transatlantic steamship, and numerous important bridges and tunnels [Great Western Railway] Paddington station in London to Maidenhead Bridge station, opened on 4 June 1838. When Maidenhead Railway Bridge was ready the line was extended to Twyford [River Thames] (Hungerford) Railway Bridge in central London, and the railway bridges by Isambard Kingdom Brunel at Maidenhead Railway Bridge, Gatehampton Railway Bridge and [Robert Stephenson] look at the use of cast iron by the railway companies. The Britannia Bridge was built for the Chester & Holyhead Railway to cross the Menai Straits from Wales [Battle of West Point] attempting to man their pieces, Col. La Grange hoped to use the distraction to secure his primary objective, the bridge span, before it could be burned by [List of Vale of Rheidol Railway rolling stock] Aberystwyth and Devil's Bridge in the county of Ceredigion, Wales. The railway was later operated by the Cambrian Railways, Great Western Railway and British Rail [Locomotives of the Great Western Railway] Great Western Railway Company 1833-1935".
