Navigational Notes

The hole is near the #6 rail and road bridges.

I don't think anyone has winded here for decades - it is full of mud almost out to the centre of the cut from the north side, so much so I nearly got completely stuck trying to wind a 72ft Northwich with the bow in the bushes. Not recommended for anything long with a deep draught.
