Location – On the peaceful and tranquil Trent and Mersey Canal, halfway between Fradley Junction and Trent Lock/Sawley in the heart of England’s canal country, our location offers great cruising routes as well as easy road access, being just minutes from the junction of the A38 and A50. Derby, Burton and Nottingham are an easy drive away as are the Derbyshire Dales, Peak District and The National Forest. The attractive villages of Findern and Willington are a short walk. Bus services are on Findern Lane and rail services in Willington.

Holiday Lodges – Buy an existing lodge or choose your plot and have a bespoke one built. We have a choice of high specification 2 or 3 bedroom lodges for sale on a 100 year licence. The luxury lodges can also be rented as a base for exploring The Dales and Peak District.
Environment – Twelve islands/promontories were added to the existing Willington Lake creating a series of mini-marinas in the 24 acre waterspace surrounded by soft banks planted with wildflowers and reeds. Wide expanses of open water throughout for easy boat manoeuvring. Wildlife in abundance!
First Class Facilities– For boaters we offer three private luxury facilities’ blocks with twelve shower cubicles, fifteen loos and three double laundries; full 16 amp individually metered electricity to each berth recharged at cost; full length jetties (36’ to 70’); car parking near all berths; electronic security gates; Tarmac roads; disabled friendly access; CCTV.
