Cyclesports - HemelAlthough mooring is available below the lock most choose above. Within easy reach of the town centre and even easiet of a B&Q and Aldis, pets at home and halfords (in the opposite direction). Parking is either across the sports field opposite St.Johns Church or catch as catch can on local roads. B&Q although nearer can be funny dependant on the manager and they close their yard at night.
Because this is near the town in warmer weather lots of foot traffic and youngsters. I have not had issues but have heard from othets who have. I only use it in winter for that reason.
