[River Tame, West Midlands] aqueduct carrying the Coventry Canal. It continues northward to Tamworth, which takes its name from the river, where it is joined by the River Anker immediately [River Sence] Hinckley Urban District. It flows into the Anker, which in turn flows into the River Tame. It is part of the wider River Trent catchment, which covers much of [Warwickshire ring] lower the canal into the valley of the River Rea, which it crosses on an aqueduct. The Rea is a tributary of the River Tame, which it also crosses just before [West Coast Main Line] north of Crewe to Ditton Junction via the Runcorn Railway Bridge over the River Mersey.
