The three-letter station is BHM. The station is named after [M6 Toll] between the North West and the South East of England (by bypassing Birmingham), it offers no relief to traffic travelling to and from the South West region [Four Counties Ring] canal follows the Trent Valley, as do the A51 road and the railway from Rugeley to Stoke. It was designated on June 25, 1945 along its present [1st Middlesex Engineers] the first Bailey bridge on this front.
