[Cambrian Line] The Cambrian Line (Welsh: Rheilffordd y Cambrian) is a railway that runs from Shrewsbury (in Shropshire, England) to Aberystwyth (in Ceredigion) and Pwllheli [Machynlleth railway station] Machynlleth railway station is a railway station on the Cambrian Line in mid-Wales, serving the town of Machynlleth. It was built by the Newtown and Machynlleth [Cambrian Heritage Railways] The Cambrian Heritage Railways is a heritage railway company, trust and society based at both Llynclys and Oswestry in its newly restored Oswestry railway [Barmouth Bridge] and carries the Cambrian Line. In 1861 the Aberystwith and Welsh Coast Railway was given authorisation to build a line [Tanat Valley Light Railway] Cambrian Railways company enabled the building of the line.
