![Shropshire Union Canal - Tyrley Wharf and Top Lock. Tyrley locks are a flight of five locks on the Shropshire Union Canal. Beside the top lock is this set of buildings comprising Tyrley Wharf.The five locks rise a total of 33' (10m) - they are in good condition, but there can be quite a side-swell immediately downstream of the lower end of some of the locks where excess water pours out of the culvert with some force.
