This is where I lived for the first 24 years of my life. A
wonderful place, unfortunately not appreciated until you have to move
on in life. The film the bargee was partly filmed here in 1963. What
a pity the authorities have arrived and painted no parking signs on
the tarmac. Most definitely memories are better than reality.
