Bordesley Basin

Mooring here is tolerable (it's just about possible if really necessary), mooring pins are needed. This isn't a pretty place to moor, but it is secure. (see Extra Information).
You can wind here.

Bordesley Basin |
This isn't a pretty place to moor, but it is secure. If the gate
under Fazeley Street bridge is unlocked, make sure you are far enough
in to be out of reach of the short bit of towpath. (ends before the
basin proper opens out.)
Similarly check that the gates out of
the basin are locked, (which of course means that you cannot get out
- but this is not a place to stay in Brum, just if you don't want to
head on to better moorings, which are all a fair number of locks
away).
Not certain of the entitlement to mooring here - but I
have not heard of anyone having problems staying overnight.
