The map makes it look as if the marina can be approached from either end, in fact it can only be entered from the downstream end, 50m above the railway bridge. This is a nice quiet marina, with showers and power hookups, a rare find on the Thames.

Information from anonymous, 16-6-2008 17:34:20
Osney Mill Marina uses the mill stream above and below Osney Lock. The downstream side is run by Osney Mill Marina on the right bank, and Osney Marina (different business) on the left bank. Long term mooring only, although if needed for short term enquire at the office 01865 240480 (Osney Mill) or 01865 241348 (Osney Marina). Les Wright at the latter is a BSC examiner.

Wikipedia has a page about Osney Marina
Osney Mill Marina (aka Osney Marina) is a private marina on a branch off the River Thames in Oxford, England. It is located south from the Botley Road down Mill Street and close to the site of Osney Abbey and Oxford railway station to the north.
The marina is located on a 500m long island created in the Middle Ages to provide water for Osney Mill to the north, now disused. Access to the Thames is at the southern end of the marina.
To the northeast is Osney Cemetery. Also to the north is Osney Lock.
