![Grand Union Canal: Bridge Number 106. There has been a bridge here over the canal providing access between Stoke Hammond and Paper Mill Farm since the canal was built in the 1800s. This is evidently not the original structure, but it is a turnover bridge, one which enables the towpath to cross sides, and the steps on the left, seen in close-up in Philip's [[3136023]], are probably part of the original fabric allowing horses a route up and over. by Nigel Cox – 14 September 2013](https://s3.geograph.org.uk/geophotos/03/69/00/3690011_cc11b53a_120x120.jpg)
