Taxi & lock landing & canal River Lock to the left. See notes below.

If coming upstream from Leeds Dock it is advisable to have crew take the free taxi to the lock and have it ready when you arrive as the taxi sits on the lock landing preventing crew access. Take care with the wind as it gusts and swirls badly here. If the taxi is at the landing it is best to stay well to right when entering the lock and it is best to have both gates open.
