Holly from Middlewich Narrowboats

I chose the location for an overnight mooring on 27th June. The sign indicates a 2 minute walk from the bridge to the pub (more like5-10mins). Can confirm friendly establishment with reasonably priced food and drink. Worth the walk and boaters should not be put off as pub is easier to locate than first appears when you cross over the bridge. Walk over bridge and 100yds through field on non towpath side of canal to small gate. Through gate turn right into small housing estate and 100yds to main road through village. Turn left, past church and pub is 200yds on right.
