Entrance/Exit to Roydon Marina, with the lock in the distance

The impressive new Roydon Marina is a wonderful place. I have never ventured in by boat, but I have been told by a resident that the lock takes an age to drain/fill. That probably explains the amount of traffic queued up that I witness each time we cruise past!
