Waiting at Besançon Tunnel Ecluse

Waiting for the Besancon Tunnel Ecluse green light, looking at the Citadel high on the hill. Be careful of Tour Boats coming out of the tunnel - they will want to turn right to go around the city loop. NB: do NOT use your "zapper" to activate the ecluse; it is controlled by an eclusier, who will often be waiting for a tour boat to come through on their timetable.
