Good moorings for a fair number of boats, close to Oxford rail station and the city centre

The stream can run very fast through this section. Mooring into the current is advisable; winding below Osney Lock being the safest option if necessary. Road access is also very convenient for loading/unloading luggage, though parking spaces for non-residents are limited
