HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 31(3) -

THIS IS A PERMISSIVE RIGHT OF WAY AND THERE IS NO INTENTION THAT THE LAND IS TO BE DEDICATED AS A HIGHWAY.

IT IS AN OFFENCE TO SKATE, SLIDE OR RIDE ON ROLLERS, SKATEBOARDS, WHEELS, MECHANICAL CONTRIVANCES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN THIS DESIGNATED AREA.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE MAY RESULT IN A FINE OR PROSECUTION.
