It runs for 2¼ furlongs through 4 locks from Severn - Stourport Narrow Locks Entrance (where it joins the River Severn (main river - Stourport to Worcester)) to York Street Bridge (where it joins the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal (Main Line: Stourport to Stourton)).
