Mooring here is ok (a perfectly adequate mooring). Two secure moorings non towpath side, require CRT sanitary Key - note: sunken boat renders these unusable. Water point is accessible inside the top chamber of the staircase lock - there's a C&RT key locked box with the tap inside - however no tap handle attached. Can be turned with a adjustable spanner though.
