Morrisons Fuel Wm Morrison Supermarkets 100Constructed as part of the regeneration of Northampton Waterfront, the marina has berths for 80 boats on a leisure, part residential and full residential basis.
The marina will supply EA visitor's licences and navigation keys on request for boaters coming down from the Grand Union, Northampton Arm. There is no need to get the licence in advance.
The marina is close to the centre of Northampton, with a large supermarket a five minute walk away, and the town centre facilties including bus station within 10 minutes walk. The rail station is about 15 minutes walk away.

A BBQ area which is often used by visitors and residents during the summer,
