Reason for deleting a place?

Is there a reason for deleting  \"Fairies Hill Moorings\" on the Aire and Calder Navigation (Wakefield Section),  as I can't find one?

It looks like they'd just created it -  If it was going to be added then the old line through the lock would have to be added. Which I suspect it should be because then people moored on that section could plan from it.

Maybe we need to enforce a delete reason for anywhere that isn't a marker place.

I'll put the old line on. I agree we need to enforce a delete reason for anywhere that isn't a marker place. It might be a good idea to put the deletion on hold for admin to ok it and also put the reasons in the New Contributions.
