I have tried and tried and......  The first leg seems to be 179km., and I just don't want to go that far in one day.  My boat will do 24kts flat out, but I have set our speed for the Seine at 12kts.  This should get us up to Rouen in about 4/5 hrs.  Trouble is, I cannot find a way to add a stop there, since it doesn't recognize Rouen as a place.  Not CanalPlan wise enough to add it even though I have tired.

This seems like a great tool, but it's greater than me.....

Any help please?

Thanks, Tim

Its because there are no intermediate places defined on the river.

So it can't split the route up as it doesn't know how to

I've added Rouen.  I'll try to add a few more places (but not knowing the waterway I know nothing about how appropriate they may be to break the journey on what is a tidal waterway).

I think it would have helped if people had added some places before adding all the markers, as it would make it more explicit that what we have isn't really a fully developed waterway.

I've now added half a dozen more places.  That's it for a bit though.
