River Thames (above Oxford)
The River Thames (above Oxford) is a small river and is part of the River Thames. It runs for 30 miles and 4¼ furlongs through 11 locks from Osney Bridge (where it joins the River Thames (below Oxford)) to Thames - Thames and Severn Canal - Coln Junction (where it joins the River Thames (above Lechlade) and the Cotswold Canals (Thames and Severn Canal)).
The maximum dimensions for a boat to be able to travel on the waterway are 109 feet long and 14 feet wide. The maximum headroom is not known. The maximum draught is not known.
It has junctions with the River Thames (Sheepwash Channel) at Sheepwash Channel Junction and with the Oxford Canal (Duke's Cut) at Duke's Cut Junction.
