Fulfen Wood Aqueduct is a minor waterways place on the Coventry Canal (Detached Portion) between Fradley Junction (Junction of Coventry Canal (Detached Portion) and Trent and Mersey Canal) (3 miles and 5½ furlongs to the north) and Huddlesford Junction (2½ furlongs to the southeast).
The nearest place in the direction of Fradley Junction is Stoney Step Bridge No 84; 1½ furlongs away.
The nearest place in the direction of Huddlesford Junction is Huddlesford Visitor Moorings (48 hour moorings); 1¼ furlongs away.

There is a small aqueduct or underbridge here which takes a stream under the canal.
