Visitor moorings available also residential moorings here. Only 10 minutes walk into middle of Wakefield town centre, so plenty of drinking and eating places. Ridings shopping centre in middle of town with a new shopping centre opening spring 2011.

Not sure how safe moorings are here, but I think the residents had to have the toilet block lock changed from a standard BW key due to vandalisim. Maybe worth talking to the residential boaters as to how secure it is.
